Aitchelitch 9

The reserve of Aitchelitch 9 can be found in the reserve of Aitchelitch 9, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Aitchelitch 9 is very car friendly. It is very convenient to access a place to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, this reserve is not very transit friendly. It is challenging to move around by bicycle in Aitchelitch 9 as the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and the terrain is not especially flat. It is also impractical for people travelling on foot to navigate Aitchelitch 9 because very few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

This area does not have any high schools or primary schools. In addition, parents and their kids may find it very hard to reach daycares on foot. With respect to food, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed to shop for groceries.

Character

Aitchelitch 9 is wonderful for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-spread out, which makes them very hard to access.

Housing

Roughly all of the units in the reserve are occupied by renters whereas the rest are occupied by owners. Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing about two thirds of dwellings in this reserve. A majority of the housing growth in this area has taken place after the year 2000. There is a higher proportion of three bedroom homes in this part of the reserve.
