The neighbourhood of Windridge is part of the municipality of District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred method to move around in this area. Coming across a place to park is easy, and it is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in Windridge. However, commuting by public transit is difficult in this neighbourhood. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Getting around by bicycle is convenient in Windridge because Windridge features a fairly good cycling infrastructure. Walking is not particularly convenient for home buyers in this part of the municipality since many daily needs are sometimes difficult to meet on foot.

Services

In this part of the municipality, parents and their kids will generally be able to get to schools and daycares on foot.
