The neighbourhood of Upper Delbrook is part of the municipality of District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the best means of transportation in this part of the municipality. Nearby highways are easy to drive to from any home in Upper Delbrook, and it is very convenient to access a parking spot. On the other hand, this part of the municipality is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Commuting by bicycle is sometimes difficult in Upper Delbrook as there is a considerable amount of slopes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also not particularly conducive to walking because most daily needs are at times difficult to carry out without the use of a car.

Services
