Parkway is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred method to move around in Parkway is often driving. It is easy to park. However, the public transit system in Parkway is fairly poor. Thankfully, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. Biking is convenient in Parkway as this part of District of North Vancouver boasts a fairly good cycling infrastructure. Walking is not particularly practical for property owners in Parkway as few daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

Services

It is a short walk to access primary schools and daycares from most properties for sale in this part of the municipality. However, there are no high schools in this part of District of North Vancouver. Concerning eating, the nearest supermarket in this neighbourhood is typically only a short walk away. Residents of Parkway benefit from a few restaurants as well.

Character

Parkway offers a relaxed environment and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces.
