Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Capilano is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Transportation

The bike is a good means of transportation in Capilano since. It is also easy for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood; meeting daily needs is convenient, and various businesses are reasonably close by. Commuting by transit can be challenging in Capilano due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. In contrast, cars are a great transportation option in Capilano. It is especially convenient to access a parking spot, and most homes for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway.

It is a short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from anywhere in Capilano. On the other hand, Capilano does not have any high schools. This area is also very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic around Trans-Canada Highway.
