East Ladner is a neighbourhood within Delta, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

East Ladner is very car friendly. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park. In contrast, East Ladner is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. Cycling is convenient in this part of the municipality because the terrain is moderately flat. Many of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for people who travel as pedestrians because very few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

In this part of Delta, families will usually be able to access primary schools and daycares on foot. However, there are no high schools in East Ladner.
