Nonetheless, there are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Most houses for sale in this part of the municipality are located in places that are not especially suitable for walking because few common errands can be run without the use of a car. On the other hand, this part of Delta is quite appropriate for cycling.
