Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Delta Manor is a neighbourhood within Delta, British Columbia.

Transportation

Driving is usually the best method to get around in Delta Manor. It is easy to find a place to park. However, the public transit network in this area is rather limited. Nonetheless, there are around 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Travelling on foot is not particularly practical for house buyers in this area as few common errands can be run without having to resort to a car. Delta Manor is also not particularly amenable to cycling because the terrain is not especially flat, and there are few bike lanes.

Services

It is a rather short walk to access daycares and primary schools from most houses for sale in Delta Manor. In contrast, this area does not have any high schools. With regards to eating, a supermarket is ordinarily reachable within a rather short walk from any home in this part of the municipality. Residents of Delta Manor benefit from a few restaurants as well.

Character

Delta Manor is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This area is quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Finally, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to enjoy and they are especially well-distributed, which makes it easy to reach them from the majority of locations in Delta Manor.

Housing

In this area, about 45% of buildings are single detached homes, and the rest of the properties are mainly small apartment buildings, duplexes, and townhouses.
