Located within the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Mayfair-Pacific Reach is a neighbourhood in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cars are a great means of transportation in this neighbourhood. Many homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Biking is challenging in this area because cyclists are faced with a significant amount of slopes. Nevertheless, the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good, and certain bicycling-friendly sectors exist. Traveling on foot is also not very practical for residents in Mayfair-Pacific Reach since few common errands can be run without a car.

Services

A fraction of property owners in this neighbourhood may be able to purchase their groceries by walking, while others will have to use another means of transportation. There are also a few opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Mayfair-Pacific Reach. Moreover, daycares are not especially plentiful and thus may require an extended distance to get to.

Character
