The community of Greendale is part of the city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very convenient in Greendale. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of the city is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the community is served by a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. Walking is not very practical for residents in this part of Chilliwack because many daily needs are inconvenient to meet without a vehicle. In contrast, Greendale is fairly amenable to cycling.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will value the proximity to primary schools, which are within a short distance from the majority of houses for sale in Greendale. In contrast, this part of Chilliwack does not have any high schools. Concerning food, reaching the nearest grocery store without the need to get in a car is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in this community. Character
