The neighbourhood of City Centre is part of the city of Abbotsford, British Columbia, which is located in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

Physically active home buyers will enjoy the pedestrian-friendly character of City Centre; meeting daily needs is easy by walking. Driving is usually the best means of transportation in this area. Parking is easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, this neighbourhood is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are approximately 30 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to reach on foot from any location in City Centre. When it comes to food, it is very easy to access the nearest grocery store on foot from most houses for sale in City Centre. In addition, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and residents can enjoy a few cafes as well. House buyers benefit from a fair number of clothing stores within walking distance.

Character

The character of City Centre is exemplified by its relaxed ambience. This part of Abbotsford is quiet overall, as the streets are generally reasonably peaceful. Lastly, there are about 20 parks close by for residents to enjoy and they are very well-situated, making it very easy to get to them.
