A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for walking as very few daily errands can be run on foot. Biking is also at times difficult in Bradner-Mt. Lehman since the terrain is not very flat, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

It can be challenging to walk to high schools and primary schools from properties for sale in this area. Likewise, it can be very difficult to access daycares as a pedestrian.
