The neighbourhood of Israel Bench is part of the municipality of Mission, British Columbia, which is located in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a very good means of transportation in this part of the municipality. It is very easy to park. Getting around by bicycle is difficult in this neighbourhood as the cycling network is not very well-developed, and there are a fair number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Mission are located in places that are also not very conducive to people who prefer to travel on foot because meeting daily needs is inconvenient without a car.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Israel Bench. Additionally, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long walk away. With respect to eating, house buyers in Israel Bench generally have to turn to a car to access the closest grocery store.

Character

Israel Bench offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This part of the municipality is very quiet, as the streets are very peaceful. Lastly, although Israel Bench does not contain any public green spaces, parks are very well-spread out in nearby neighbourhoods, making it easy to get to them.
