Located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area, Grandin is a neighbourhood within St. Albert, Alberta.

Transportation

The car is usually the preferred way to get around in Grandin. Many homes for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, and parking is generally easy. On the other hand, Grandin is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. The bike is a reasonably good means of transportation in Grandin since the cycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive. In contrast, travelling by foot in this part of the city is not very popular, even though many day-to-day errands can be run without having to use a vehicle.
