McKenzie Lake is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred method to navigate this area is usually a car. It is very easy to park, and nearby highways are very easy to access from any home in McKenzie Lake. On the other hand, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is fairly poor. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. This area is cycling-friendly since cyclists do not face significant slopes, and there are a good number of bike lanes. It is impractical for pedestrians to get around in McKenzie Lake because few daily needs can be met by walking.
