Part of the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Downtown Airdrie is a neighbourhood within Airdrie, Alberta.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is also reasonably conducive to bicycling since Downtown boasts fairly good bicycling infrastructure, and riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain. In contrast, Downtown is a very convenient part of Airdrie for driving.
