Around 90% of dwellings are large apartment buildings, making it easy to find apartments in Chinatown, and the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings. Roughly one third of properties in this neighbourhood were built following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s.
