The favoured way to navigate Belmont is usually driving. It is a short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this part of Calgary, and accessing a place to park is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Belmont is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines. Walking is not very practical for residents in Belmont as carrying out daily needs is impractical on foot. Belmont is also not especially bicycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes, and there are few bike lanes.
