The neighbourhood of Killarney is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is easy for people travelling on foot to move around in this area; many daily needs can be carried out by walking. Bicycling is also convenient in Killarney since the cycling network is reasonably extensive, and cyclists do not face significant elevation changes. Travelling by car is straightforward in Killarney. Most homes for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, Killarney is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, residents benefit from about 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.

A grocery store is usually reachable within a short walk from any location in this part of the city.
