Transportation

The best transportation option in this neighbourhood is usually a car. Most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and coming across a place to park is quite easy. However, this neighbourhood is not an especially pleasant part of Edmonton for travelling by public transit. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically nearby. This neighbourhood is not very suitable for walking as very few common errands can be run without the use of a car. In contrast, commuting by bicycle is convenient in Heritage Valley because there are a limited number of elevation changes, and the cycling network is reasonably comprehensive.

Services

Parents and their children will welcome the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of houses for sale in Heritage Valley. However, parents and their schoolchildren may consider it very hard to get to daycares as a pedestrian.
