No matter the means of transportation, it is easy to travel in Somerset. With Somerset - Bridlewood Station on the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain, and around 10 nearby bus lines, Somerset is reasonably transit friendly. Biking is also convenient in this area because there are a good number of bike lanes. This neighbourhood is not particularly well-suited for walking since few daily errands can be run on foot. In contrast, Somerset is very car friendly. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways are very easy to reach from any home in this part of Calgary.

Services

Families will welcome that no matter where their property is located in Somerset, daycares and schools are nearby. Regarding eating, getting to the nearest supermarket by walking is an option for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of the city.
