North Development Area is a neighbourhood within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is situated in the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is especially car friendly. Most homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, and parking is generally easy. Walking is not very feasible for property owners in North Development Area as most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out on foot. The bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in this neighbourhood because there are very few bike lanes. Nonetheless, there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave, and travelling by bike is reasonably prevalent.
