Central Business District

The neighbourhood of The Central Business District of Saskatoon is part of the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is located in the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is reasonably easy to move around in Central Business District. The public transit network in Central Business District is fairly good. For instance, homeowners benefit from around 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. Most homes for sale in this part of Saskatoon are located in places that are also conducive to those who travel by foot; running daily errands is easy on foot, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. This area is a fairly pleasant part of Saskatoon for cyclists. For instance, there are numerous bike lanes.

A grocery store is usually reachable within a very short walk from anywhere in Central Business District. In addition, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe. Character

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Central Business District.
