Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are commonly close by. Even though there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave, it is occasionally difficult to move around by bicycle in this area since the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. This part of the city is also not very conducive to walking because running daily errands is very inconvenient by walking.

Character

The character of Westerra is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. Although the neighbourhood does not contain any green spaces, parks are especially well-spread out in nearby neighbourhoods, making them easy to get to. The noise levels in this part of the city are also very low, as the streets tend to be very tranquil.

Housing

The split between homeowners and renters is about even. Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing the majority of dwellings in this neighbourhood, and the rest are mainly small apartment buildings. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this era. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and two bedroom homes.
