Located within the Greater Regina metropolitan area, Normanview is a neighbourhood in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Transportation

This area is quite car friendly. Finding a place to park is generally easy. However, public transit users may experience few options in Normanview as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. The bike is a good method of transportation in this area since cyclists do not face significant slopes, and the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably extensive. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of Regina are located in places that are not especially conducive to walking as few day-to-day errands can be run on foot.

Services

It is a short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from most homes for sale in Normanview. On the other hand, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. With regards to eating, it is convenient to reach the nearest grocery store by walking in this area. A small number of restaurants can be found in Normanview as well.

This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
