Part of the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area, Fairhaven is a neighbourhood within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Transportation

Driving is a very good means of transportation in Fairhaven. Most real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in Fairhaven is not very practical. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically around the corner. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not particularly convenient for those who prefer to travel on foot as meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult without a car. On the other hand, Fairhaven is moderately amenable to biking as there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Services
