Caswell Hill is a fairly pleasant part of Saskatoon for pedestrians; meeting daily needs is easy without a vehicle, and various businesses are rather close by. Active house buyers will also enjoy the reasonably bike-friendly character of this neighbourhood. In particular, the cycling network is fairly extensive. Cars are a good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. Many properties for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, and parking is easy. However, Caswell Hill is not particularly transit friendly. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop.
