Your building is located behind the U-shaped dock. Your designated slip is in the middle of the dock and can be tied to both sides.

Great place to fish for Bass-Pike-Pickerel-Muskie..... have the grandchildren fish right off the dock!

The blue theme was carried from the sky above to the water below and fits with the Condominiums name of 'The Blue Heron'.

The wood burning fireplace is cozy during the Fall colours, after skating on the lake in winter or walking the trails near the Town in Spring.

Blue is common theme close to the water....blue sky....blue water....

The blinds extend right to the floor line when the sun is brightest.

The balcony with glass railing seats eight very comfortably. The sunsets are spectacular.

Some wood is kept for the fireplace on the balcony too.

The storage in the wall attic space is great. We always need storage.

The Laundry room is on the main floor near the back door.

The BBQ is in the covered entrance way to your Condo.

Parking is assigned. The Shed is for storage and 'stuff'. The emergency propane generator is located under the shed and serves all the condos if the power goes out.

You know you are in Muskoka as soon as you step out of the car!

Beautiful grounds with contracted care.

This dock is very substantial and built over the 'water lot' owned by the Condominium Corp. This has an advantage...most cottagers do not own the land under their dock.

The Condominium is close to the widely known 'Muskoka Wharf'. The world famous Segwun sails from her and might give you a 'toot' if you wave when she set out down the lake.

Your Condominium is located to the bottom right...just out of sight....this view is looking north towards the lighthouse at 'The Narrows' leading into the wide open part of Lake Muskoka...Boat to seve
