This was all done with the idea of being maintenance free to give time for your family to really enjoy their time at the lake. There is a well on the lot which was bored by Martin Water Wells and has been tested to be potable water. Outside there is a graveled area with a firepit done in 2021 just waiting for you to sit and enjoy visiting by the fire. Included are the fridge, stove, microwave and living room furniture.
