Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to access a parking spot. On the other hand, the public transit service in Saint-Émile is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are about 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. Traveling as a pedestrian is not particularly feasible for property owners in this area as few daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle. On the other hand, this neighbourhood is rather amenable to bicycling.

Services

Property owners in Saint-Émile will value that a grocery store is always only a rather short trip away. A limited variety of restaurants can be found in Saint-Émile as well. In terms of education, families will welcome that no matter where their home is located in this neighbourhood, primary schools and daycares are nearby.
