Cedar Park Heights is a neighbourhood within Pointe-Claire, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is usually the best way to navigate Cedar Park Heights. Many homes for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute du Souvenir, and finding a place to park is quite easy. This part of Pointe-Claire is also quite transit friendly as a consequence of Gare Cedar Park with access to the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line, and a few nearby bus lines. Cycling is challenging in this part of the city since the area is not particularly flat, and the bicycling network is quite bad. There are also relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Cedar Park Heights, despite the fact that running common errands is convenient on foot.

Services

Daycares and schools are easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. Regarding food, the closest supermarket in this part of Pointe-Claire is generally only a reasonably short walk away. A limited selection of coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

A highlight of Cedar Park Heights is its very good selection of green spaces. To be more specific, there are a few parks nearby for residents to discover and they are very well-spread out, making it very easy to access them. Moreover, residents will find that the majority of streets have reasonably good tree coverage. Due to the presence of few pedestrians, this part of Pointe-Claire is relatively quiet, although those who are around Autoroute du Souvenir or one of the railway lines may experience more noise.
