Sector V is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector V is a very convenient part of Brossard for travelling by car. It is easy to park, and most homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque. In contrast, the public transit in sector V is not especially convenient. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close by. The bicycle is a good method of transportation in sector V because bike riders do not encounter serious slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is rather extensive. On the other hand, getting around by foot is not very popular in sector V, even though many day-to-day needs are convenient to meet without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Families will value the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority homes for sale in this part of Brossard. However, there are no high schools in sector V.
