Transportation

This area affords property owners the choice between a diversity of means of transportation. Sector S is an extremely convenient part of Brossard for moving around by car. It is easy to park, and nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to reach from any location in sector S. Owing to around 30 nearby bus lines, this part of the city is also quite transit friendly. The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in this area because the terrain is quite flat, and the bicycling network is extensive. However, walking in sector S is not very popular, despite the fact that carrying out daily needs is easy.

Services

Schools and daycares are convenient to get to on foot from most properties for sale in sector S. In terms of food, house buyers in this neighbourhood almost always have to use a vehicle to travel to the nearest supermarket. Nevertheless, it is generally a short distance to the closest pharmacy, which can supply some basic food items. Character
