Sector P is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector P affords home buyers several alternative modes of transportation. This area is quite transit friendly. More specifically, rapid transit stations, including Panama with access to the REM A | Gare Centrale - Brossard, are ordinarily relatively close by from the majority of properties in the neighbourhood. Homeowners are served by around 40 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Walking is also quite convenient for property owners in sector P; many day-to-day needs can be met on foot. This part of the city is reasonably appropriate for bicycling as there are a limited number of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is fairly good.

Services

In sector P, families will usually be able to access daycares and primary schools by walking. However, there are no high schools in this area. Concerning food, it is straightforward to get to the nearest grocery store by walking in sector P. Additionally, this part of Brossard is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat, for instance along Boulevard Lapinière, and a limited selection of cafes is available as well.
