Transportation

This neighbourhood is very car friendly. It is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Laurentides, from any home in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not especially frequent. Nevertheless, there is the Gare Sainte-Rose on the SJ | 12 - Saint-Jérôme. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. The bike is a reasonably good means of transportation in this neighbourhood since there are not many elevation changes to confront bicycle riders. Walking is not particularly practical for house buyers in Sainte-Rose because few daily needs can be met without having to resort to a car.

Services

Some, but not all, house buyers in Sainte-Rose will live within walking distance of the closest supermarket. Residents benefit from about 30 restaurants and coffee shops as well.
