On the other hand, most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not particularly suitable for walking since common amenities such as hardware stores or hair salons can be an occasionally long walk away. Pointe Marion is reasonably appropriate for biking as there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave. The preferred mode of transportation in this part of the city is usually driving. Most homes for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute du Souvenir, and parking is easy.
