There are about 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Montréal are located in areas that are also well-suited for walking; many day-to-day errands can be run on foot. Place Vertu is quite suited for bicycling since the cycling network is reasonably good, and there are a limited number of slopes to challenge cyclists.

Services

It is very easy to access the nearest grocery store on foot in Place Vertu. Furthermore, house buyers won't have to look far to take advantage of the nearest coffee shop, and there are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants in close proximity.
