Transportation

Meades Park is an extremely good part of Kirkland for getting around by car. It is very easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute Félix-Leclerc. On the other hand, the public transit service in Meades Park is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this area, although meeting day-to-day needs is convenient by walking. The bicycle is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in Meades Park as the cycling network is rather limited. Nevertheless, the terrain is quite flat.
