This part of the city also features a small amount of greenery; to be more precise, residents will find that there are relatively few tree-lined streets. However, green spaces are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in, making it very easy to access them from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood.

This area is primarily composed of two bedroom and one bedroom homes. Roughly 80% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by renters and 20% are occupied by owners. This part of Montréal experienced its largest building boom pre-1960, so most of the available homes are from this era.
