Du Parc will attract physically active home buyers because it is reasonably suitable for bicycling. More specifically, there are a good number of bike lanes. Moving around by car is also very easy in Du Parc. Nearby highways are easy to access from any home in this urban village, and finding a parking spot is generally easy.
