Centre-Ville is an urban village within Gatineau, Quebec, which is located in the Ottawa - Gatineau metropolitan area.

Transportation

Centre-Ville permits home buyers to travel by various methods of transportation. This area is very transit friendly. Rapid transit stations, including Station LAC LEAMY #1, Montcalm/Hanson and Promenade / Terrasses de la Chaudière on the Rapibus 400, Rapibus 800 and Pré Tunney, are not very far-removed from the majority of homes in the urban village. The urban village is served by over 50 bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also particularly convenient for pedestrians; carrying out daily needs is easy without a car, and numerous businesses are close by. Centre-Ville will appeal to physically active people since it is very suited for bicycling. In particular, there are a large number of bike lanes.
