Sector A will also appeal to active people as it is quite suitable for walking; running daily errands is convenient, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Bicycling is easy in sector A since sector An is home to a good cycling infrastructure, and there are not many hills to confront cyclists.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are very easy to get to on foot from anywhere in sector A. However, this area does not contain any high schools. Concerning food, it is very easy to access the nearest grocery store on foot in sector A. Residents can enjoy about 30 restaurants and cafes as well.

Character

Sector An offers a calm ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Greenery is not particularly present in this part of Brossard; more specifically, residents will find that most streets have below average tree coverage.
