The neighbourhood of Sandwich South is part of the city of Windsor, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely good part of Windsor for travelling by car. It is very easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 401. In contrast, Sandwich South is not an especially pleasant part of Windsor for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. This part of the city is reasonably suited for cycling as there are a limited number of elevation changes. Sandwich South is not especially conducive to people who prefer to get around by foot as running daily errands is sometimes difficult without a car.
