Transportation

The car is very often the preferred method of transportation in Rural Whitby. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, Rural Whitby is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines. It is very impractical for pedestrians to navigate this part of the town as very few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Rural Whitby. Moreover, it can be very difficult to reach daycares on foot.
