Transportation

Sunnylea will please home buyers that value a diversity of means of transportation. Sunnylea is a fairly pleasant part of Toronto for pedestrians; many daily needs can be carried out without a car, and numerous businesses are close by. It is also easy to get around by bike in Sunnylea. The transit network in Sunnylea is fairly good by reason of a multitude of nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and a few nearby bus lines. The favoured means of transportation in this part of Toronto is often driving. It is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from anywhere in Sunnylea, and parking is generally easy.

Services

Some, but not all, house buyers in Sunnylea will reside within walking distance of the nearest grocery store. Conversely, this part of Toronto is a good place in which to go out to eat, and a small selection of cafes can be found as well. The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of Sunnylea is an important part of its character.
