The neighbourhood of Scarborough City Centre can be found in the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood provides home buyers with several alternative methods of transportation. This part of the city benefits from an excellent public transit infrastructure. For example, there are approximately 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are also convenient for walking; many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a car, and various businesses are quite nearby. The bike is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in Scarborough City Centre since the bicycling infrastructure is somewhat poor, and the topography is not particularly flat. Nonetheless, some bike-friendly areas exist.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away in Scarborough City Centre. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a small variety of coffee shops can be found as well. It is also a rather short walk to a good choice of clothing stores. Character
