Transportation

Regent Park does not demand use of a car since various other modes of transportation are available. It is very easy for people travelling on foot to move around in this neighbourhood; all common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are very nearby. Active property owners will also welcome the especially bicycling-friendly character of this neighbourhood. For example, a bike share station can usually be found in close proximity, and the bicycling network is very good. The public transit service in this area is excellent. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, cars are a sometimes poor transportation option in Regent Park. That being said, most homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short walk away in Regent Park. Additionally, there are about 10 restaurants and a few coffee shops to experience in Regent Park. Character

Regent Park is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. There are many things to do in this area to visit. There is a vast selection of entertainment venues, there are a very large number of people around most of the time, and with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by. Parliament Street is among the most lively streets in this area. Regent Park is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. The greenery in this area is reasonably prominent as there are many tree-lined streets. Reaching public green spaces is very easy in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover.

Housing

In Regent Park, the vast majority of buildings are large apartment buildings, and the rest of the properties are mainly townhouses.
