There is a vast selection of entertainment venues, there are a very large number of people around most of the time, and with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by. Parliament Street is among the most lively streets in this area. Regent Park is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. The greenery in this area is reasonably prominent as there are many tree-lined streets. Reaching public green spaces is very easy in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover.

In Regent Park, the vast majority of buildings are large apartment buildings, and the rest of the properties are mainly townhouses.
