Transportation

Little Italy is an excellent neighbourhood for car-free transportation options. With a few nearby bus lines, this part of the city is very transit friendly. Little Italy is also an extremely convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; most day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a car, and a variety of businesses are very close by. Innumerable residents in the area use their bicycle since bike-share stations are hardly ever more than a short walk away, there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and the cycling network is fairly good.

It is especially convenient to access both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from any location in Little Italy. In addition, there are over 50 restaurants and a few coffee shops to benefit from in Little Italy. In terms of education, families will value the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, houses for sale in this part of the city.
