Transportation

Homeowners in Kensington have several choices to move around without the need for a car. Most houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are very suitable for walking; most common errands can be run on foot, and innumerable businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active home buyers will also welcome the very bike-friendly character of Kensington. More specifically, bike-share stations are never more than a short walk away, riding a bicycle is made easier by the generally flat terrain, and Kensington boasts a reasonably good cycling infrastructure. This neighbourhood is very transit friendly as a result of a few nearby bus lines. However, driving is a somewhat poor transportation option in Kensington. Nevertheless, the majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway.

Nonetheless, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy and they are especially well-spread out, which results in them being very easy to reach from most locations within this neighbourhood.
