Humber Valley will draw house buyers that appreciate a variety of modes of transportation. This area features a fairly good public transit system thanks to a few nearby bus lines. It is also convenient for pedestrians to move around in this area; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car. It is easy to travel by bicycle in this area.
